10–12 small tender bhindi

½ cup roasted gram dal (phutana)

¼ cup roasted peanut powder

1 cup grated coconut

1 tsp jeera powder

1 tsp red chili powder

2 tsp lemon juice

Rock salt to taste

 

How to make Stuffed Bhindi Salad ?

1. Mix all stuffing ingredients in a bowl.

2. Trim the bhindi tops and slit them vertically.

3. Stuff the spice mixture into each bhindi.

4. Arrange on a plate and garnish with fresh coconut and coriander.
