Uses of Sildenafil
To treat erectile dysfunction (Impotence) in men, you can take this medication directed by mouth. Take Sildenafil 30 minutes before sexual activity, but no more than 4 hours. Take Sildenafil one tablet a day, don’t overdose it. Consult your doctor if you have certain medical problems. If you are taking sildenafil to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension, take this medication 3 times a day with or without food. Take Sildenafil as prescribed by your Doctor and don’t overdose it.
What Precautions should we take while Consuming Sildenafil?

Talk to your doctor about your medical history, Because some medications should not be taken with sildenafil. Talk to your doctor, if you are taking nitrate (chest pain) medications such as isosorbide mononitrate (Monoket), nitroglycerin (Nitromist, Nitro-Dur), or isosorbide dinitrate (Isordil).
Consult your doctor, if you are a woman and want to take sildenafil to treat pulmonary arterial dysfunction. Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or are a breastfeeder. Consult you if you are pregnant while taking Sildenafil.
Talk to your doctor if you have any kind of surgery (dental surgery) that you are consuming sildenafil.
Tell your doctor if you have experienced chest pain during sexual activity, Sexual Activity may be a strain on your health if you have a health disease.
Don’t drink Alcohol, or drive, this medication will make you more dizzy or cause vision problems.
Don't take grapefruit or grapefruit juice while taking sildenafil, it could be harmful for you.
